Athletic clothing strongly recommended suitable to the weather. Good sneakers/tennis shoes are also a must. Additionally, please bring water for yourself, and a hat or sunglasses if you prefer them. If you have your own paddle, you are of course welcome to bring it. I will bring balls and 4 paddles

Dress comfortably with active wear and preferably court shoes that provide good lateral support:. Regular sneakers or running shoes are ok for starting out. Not only hydrate beforehand, but bring plenty of water or sports drinks with electrolytes. Don’t forget your paddle. If you don’t have one you can use one of my spares. I will provide the pickleball balls. If we will be outdoors please bring sunscreen and a hat. A cooling towel and cold water to soak it is a good idea too. A hand towel will be helpful for wiping off excess sweat. I highly recommend wearing protective eyewear anytime you are on the court.
