As a 5.0+ player and former nationally ranked table tennis player (4th in Puerto Rico), I’ve developed a unique coaching method built on muscle memory, fast-twitch reactions, and precise footwork. My training style is inspired by the fundamentals of table tennis and tennis — not just hitting balls, but teaching your body to move naturally and efficiently. I break things down with high-rep shadow work and ping pong-style drills that help your shots become automatic. My favorite shot? The backhand.
