I am a certified pickleball coach and instructor. I received my certification through Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). I also coach and instruct approximately 33 people which includes kids through adults and varies in skill levels. Every 2nd 4th Saturday of the month, as well as meet at various local parks weekly.

Michele's journey into pickleball began in 2017, driven by her preparation for the US Transplant Games the following year. Instantly enamored with the sport, she delved deep, earning both PPR Coach and IFP Instructor certifications in 2019 followed by RPO certification in 2025. As a dedicated Youth Pickleball Provider (YPP) with USA Pickleball, Michele's joy lies in coaching enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for pickleball within her community.

I love sports, and my goal is to make pickleball simple, logical, and fun for everyone! My background is a little different than most coaches. I have an engineering background and have spent years as a sports analyst, but I am also a lifelong recreational athlete myself. I know exactly what it feels like to pick up a new sport, work though the awkward phases, and play just for the pure love of the game. Because of my multi-sport coaching and sports media background, I am really good at breaking down movements into simple, easy-to-learn steps. I don’t use confusing sports jargon-I focus on clear, friendly communication so you can see progress in your very first lesson. Beginners & Seniors: Want a gentle, zero-stress introduction? We will focus on fun, steady balance, and learning the rules at your own comfortable pace. I have been providing both individual and group instructions for several year. Most of my instruction has been with adults but I have also provided lessons for children. I evaluate each individual before providing any instruction to get an idea of playing ability so I can identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
