All lessons include a dynamic flexibility stretching, cooperative dinking, then the lesson - lots more drilling, continuous drilling - whether it be long forehands, backhands, transition shots and of course NVZ.

If you happen to have a pickle ball paddle, please bring one also remember to try and use the correct court shoes like tennis shoes or Pickleball shoes while taking your lessons please do not wear your running shoes to the court οΏΌ
