Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.
"After working with Lenny for the past six months, I can see a real difference in my overall fitness. Balance, posture and endurance all improved. Lenny has been especially helpful in identifying my specific needs. He helped me learn to breathe properly during exercise which has made a big difference for me. When I hurt my ankle, Lenny showed me exercises that reduced pain and healed quicker. When I had pain in my knee he showed me exercises that take pressure
