Bio: I trained almost 70 people who didn't exercise or do any sport before in a sport called Dragon Boat Racing and we won 15 medals and 7 trophies while setting many winning speed records in many cities in the United States and Canada. I also helped a 520 lbs. woman lose 160 lbs. in just 3 months with training and my diet tips. I also trained a Korean teenager, who was a new student in a high school in Arizona for one month. He said that training with me for that month helped him get accepted into his high school's football team where he became the team's highest scoring running back. When he finished high school and applied for college, he was qualified to get an athletic scholarship if he played football in college.
