Happy to drive to a student’s home within reasonable distance. Holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music from Point Loma Nazarene, specializing in guitar, voice, songwriting, performance, and music business. Versatile in various styles such as jazz, rock, gospel, funk, metal, math rock, and more. Songwriting credits on Chicago rapper Tobi Lou’s "Live on Ice" record. My teaching experiences have taken me through schools , clinics at music stores and workshops. I also coach bands , teach beginner to intermediate bass , and music production one on one or group. A little about my work as a musician : Over the years, I toured, recorded and played with numerous bands and artists such as, Carly Simon, Ben Taylor, Mike Keneally, Bryan Beller, Armande Sabel-Leco, Paul Barrere, Kenny Gradney and Bill Payne, Pato Banton, Brendon Small's Galaktikon, Bird York, Janet Robin, Gwen Stefani, Eve, The Roots and more ! I also have theatrical show experience with numerous plays and with Cirque Du Soliel's 'Totem' , ' Corteo' and 'Zarkana'. All these experiences have contributed to the variety of styles in my arsenal that I play and teach.
