Bio: I’ve been playing ever since I was a little kid. And am currently a 6.9 handicap. My goal as a teacher is to help improve your relationship with golf via the mental game, course strategy and of course, swing technique. I ultimately believe golf is a fun journey that teaches us valuable skills that are incredibly useful in life outside of the sport as well.

After four years, I worked my way up to management and became a master club fitter, training and fitting for golf clubs. Bio: With a golf club in hand since age four, I grew up immersed in the game at the prestigious Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, home to the 2004 Ryder Cup and 2008 PGA Championship. Living steps from the course, I honed my skills daily, achieving a 12 handicap at 15 on the challenging South Course. As a freshman, I earned a spot on my high school varsity golf team and later served as captain, benefiting from top-tier lessons with the head golf pro. My deep understanding of swing mechanics, combined with a keen eye for spotting and correcting errors, allows me to guide golfers of all levels. Whether you’re new to the game or refining your skills, I’m passionate about sharing the techniques I’ve mastered on world-class facilities to help you succeed.

Bio: Linwood is a long-time golf coach, having spent the past 17 years sharing the game he loves with players of all skill levels and ages. He played college Golf in Austin and is from San Antonio originally. He founded the Kids on Course Golf Academy over a decade ago and has remained its Head of Instruction. He has deep experience working with kids to help them improve their game.

Bio: I first took up golf because of my uncle, who was an avid golfer. He would occasionally take my father and I to the driving range. I really did not understand the game then. But, as I got older, I started seeing golf as more than a sport. First, I enjoyed being outdoors and I got to make new friends. But, more importantly, it taught me a lot about myself as well as some important things in life. Such as, it taught me about honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and of course a lot about my inner self. As a matter of fact, I fell in love with the game. So much so, that I became a golf professional and now an instructor. I love to help others and what a better way then by teaching the game that I have fallen in love with to new golfers. I am the best because of my personality and my mentality. I always believe that you can accomplish anything. As a golf instructor, I am going to help a new golfer by applying the knowledge and skills that have made me the best. I will show them everything that this beautiful sport has to offer. But more importantly, I will stay engaged with my students. Whether it’s through clinics, playing a round of golf with them or just practicing with them. I will do all I can to insure that they fall in love with golf. The experience from my lessons will be exciting and will be filled with fun and laughter. Of course, there will be goals expected from the student, but those goals will no way be intimidating. The main goal is to supply my students with the tools necessary for them to make golf a part of their life. Such as I did. But, golf has become more than just a part of my life. It’s become a passion.
