I’m Coach Idrian Evans, founder of Get Off Lab. I’m a certified youth football coach through AYF and I specialize in teaching young D-linemen how to explode off the ball. I focus on the fundamentals: stance, explosive get-off, and violent hands. I keep sessions fun for younger athletes and more technical for older ones. Online coaching available as well.
"Training with Coach has been really cool. I’m learning a lot of new things when it comes to playing d-line.
