Private Football Training Sessions & Coaches in Plainfield, IN

For over a decade, I've cultivated athletes' potential on the football field. My passion lies in fostering both skill development and strategic thinking. I am dedicated to guiding players to achieve their personal best. To add on to that I also come from a background in basketball as well where I played 4 years on varsity in High school and excelled in this sport as well with an exceptional head coach

I have over 30 years of professional quarterback training to individuals, teams and leagues, at the youth, scholastic, collegiate, semipro and professional levels. My QBs have played at all levels, of collegiate and professional football. I endeavor to help players increase their football IQ, and maximize their offensive potential at their current level. I also emphasize preparing players to excel at their next level. As players progress in their development, training incorporates more advanced skills, including offensive and defensive concepts, quarterback progressions and reads, film study techniques and may utilize virtual training and evaluation sessions. Training is also tailored to the specifics of the offense that you, or your athlete, will run with their current team. I thank you in advance for your consideration. I look forward to training you, or your athlete, to achieve consistent, intelligent, football performance at the quarterback position. Coach Deano

"My name is Nealon Greene, from Yonkers, NY. I played quarterback at Clemson University, where I was a four-year starter, and went on to play professional football for nine years in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Toronto Argonauts, Edmonton Eskimos, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Montreal Alouettes. It is my honor to write this recommendation for my former coach, Deano Passariello. I had the privilege of playing for Coach Deano, and I have nothing but respect, nothing but honor for him and his coaching methods. Coach Deano is one of the best. He knows the position, played the position, and completely understands the position. His football IQ is extremely high. From drills, to practice and game preparation, to in-game drills and adjustments, to the study habits of watching film and understanding all aspects of the position, on and off the field, coach Deano will prepare you to be at your best. Coach Deano is a motivator. I think that being a trainer, you have to motivate. You have to be somebody that helps players to self-motivate. To inspire them to be in the gym, wanting to work out every day, to get better. He instills that in a lot of players. He has nothing but killer instinct as a quarterback. It's no different from him playing on the field, and playing as a coach. Tying all that together, it makes coach Deano a great trainer and a great coach. If anybody is fit to make you a better quarterback - on any level, and help you to improve your performance, Coach Deano is definitely your guy. I give coach Deano my highest possible recommendation without reservation. One love. Go Tigers.
