I’m a dance instructor with 29 years of experience, specializing in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Waltz, Foxtrot, Blues, Fusion, and wedding first-dance preparation. With a background as a massage therapist, I integrate principles of body mechanics and injury prevention to support longevity in dance. Beyond improving balance, reducing anxiety, and boosting brain function and memory, dancing is simply fun!
