Player/coach with a lifetime of basketball experience, that I would love to pass down to the youth of Tulsa and beyond. Each player has incredibly specific needs, which are rarely catered to in the ways the student would prefer. I believe this is where my coaching truly shines. “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” “See the floor.”
"Troy Smith was a positive role model as an athlete. He was an extremely hard worker, always willing to go the extra mile. He was the type of player who respected the coach's position and was a true student of the game of basketball. For these reasons, I am confident that Troy Smith will be a tremendous asset to your program.
Court-side, I combine disciplined fundamentals with an energetic, supportive approach to develop confident, strategic players. I have taught soccer & basketball for 10 years, specializing in shooting mechanics, defense, and game IQ, and I focus on tailored skill development and lasting growth.
