I’m Coach E, a former college and overseas basketball player turned professional skills trainer. I’ve spent years developing athletes of all ages — from youth players just learning the game to high school standouts with D1 potential. Currently, I serve as an assistant coach at Riverside High School in Durham, NC, and run Noch Skills Academy (NSA), where I specialize in building confident, skilled, and disciplined players. My coaching style is rooted in focus, energy, and accountability. Every session is structured to improve not just your skills, but also your mindset and understanding of the game. Whether it’s ball handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, or game IQ, I bring a pro-level approach tailored to your goals. Former collegiate basketball and volleyball athlete with a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science. I help athletes improve skills, game IQ, confidence, conditioning, and overall performance. With experience in athlete development, sports operations, and coaching, I focus on fundamentals, leadership, and building complete athletes. Each training session includes exclusive sports nutrition products to support hydration, recovery, energy, and peak performance on and off the court.

With three decades dedicated to basketball and over fifteen years as a high school coach. I cultivate players' skills and understanding of the game. My passion lies in fostering a positive environment where athletes of all levels can thrive. I teach more than just techniques; I teach a love for the sport.
