A former first-round NBA Draft pick, Rush led the Big 12 in scoring as a sophomore at the University of Missouri and was named Co-Big 12 Freshman of the Year. Known for elite shooting, leadership, and player development, he brings high-level experience from college basketball, the NBA, and international competition to coaching and mentorship.

I have played professional basketball overseas for 3 years now after playing division 1 basketball for 5 years at the University or Northern Iowa. He has also held leadership roles at Washington and Louisville, with expertise in operations, scouting, and building strong student-athlete relationships.
