With over five years of experience and professional qualifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a degree in Fitness Training Specialist from InterCoast College, I'm here to guide you on your wellness journey!

I have various playing and coaching experiences. I started my career in the 7th grade, coming off the end of the bench. I was able to work my way up and became a four-year varsity player. In my senior year of high school, I was team captain, a 1st-team all-league selection, and team MVP. I went on to play 2 years collegiately (1 year at the NCAA D3 level, one at the Junior college). From seeing many different levels, I understand the game well and can help other players reach their potential. Nothing beats hard work, knowledge, and a good coach. Let's get to work!!
