I have played in the highest level of youth soccer offered in America which has exposed me too many playing styles all involving hard work. I played NCAA D1 beach volleyball at UC Berkeley.Before that, I grew up playing both club indoor and beach volleyball, was a varsity player all four years of high school, and had the privilege to be a part of the USAV High Performance program during my junior years. Now I coach at Lakeside high school and middle school and I am a mental resilience coach at Podio Sports. I love to play still as much as I can so I play in adult leagues throughout the greater Seattle area.



I played for the Dakota State University varsity women’s volleyball team and led my conference in blocks per set. I’ve also coach club volleyball at Tennessee Performance Volleyball, middle school teams, and high school skills camps. I cultivate volleyball skills and instill a deep appreciation for proper technique. My focus extends beyond technique to foster teamwork, strategic thinking, and personal growth on and off the court.

I went on to USC where I played freshman ball then went on to a journalism career where I did the Pac 10 review for the Daily Trojan. I have been active in coaching young adults for several years


As a professional musician and seasoned guitarist, I bring 16 years of experience to my teaching. My passion is to cultivate a deep appreciation and skill for the guitar by deepening my student's understanding of music in the simplest and easiest to understand terms and methods, focusing on getting the most out of your time with the instrument, as well as learning methods for improvisation as well as incorporating vocals to your playing. My studies include jazz, folk, classical, Brazilian, rock, blues, neo-soul/r&b, and hip-hop, for which I have a project where I play guitar and rap.
