I’ve played 3 years in the NBA, 5 seasons overseas (still playing). I played in all kinds of countries and have played with all kinds of professional athletes. I’m a Indiana University (Hoosiers) alumni. I’m also Boo Williams (Boo Williams Summer League) nephew so i been all through the AAU world too. I’ve trained kids in my free time during the summer and hosted a couple camps in my hometown, Hampton, VA as well.

I grew up in a basketball environment always playing with my brothers and dad. I held my first basketball camp for neighborhood kids at age 11. Through my high school career I helped coach younger players and reffed youth basketball leagues. I went on to play four years of college basketball (NWAC, NJCAA, and NCAA DIII), each year contributing to record setting seasons for the school. My focus in training is to build on the fundamentals of shot form, ball handling, and footwork.

I’m a former NFL athlete turned youth performance coach. I built DIVG LLC Fitness to help young athletes grow stronger in mind, body, and confidence. My training blends discipline, technique, and real mentorship so every kid learns how to move with purpose and believe in their greatness.

Hey everyone! I’ve been playing tennis for over 10 years and have been teaching for over 5. I played on the club team during my days at Clemson University. I’ve taught all ages and am comfortable with all playing styles, from beginner to advanced. I love the idea of making tennis fun and try to push that throughout my lessons. I’m super excited to start doing lessons with anybody who’s here to learn tennis but also have a great time!

My name is Colin Glavas, and I've always had a passion for basketball. I have played for elite organizations like Boo Williams and Team Loaded throughout my high school career. In my hometown, I helped run basketball camps for elementary, middle, and high school students, and trained many local kids in my neighborhood. I also spent a year as an assistant coach for Hampton Roads Academy. I was an assistant for both the middle school and varsity boys teams.
