For over two decades, I've cultivated a passion for football into a career of coaching excellence. My dedication to developing athletes extends beyond skill-building to instill teamwork and sportsmanship. I aim to foster a fun, yet disciplined environment. I am currently coaching 7th grade for the FBU DC METRO team in Washington DC. I am a former Division Athlete going to school for both track and football. In addition, I have an extensive training background holding General Manger and Fitness Manager roles at LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness.

Hi! I’m Bethania, a current medical student and lifelong competitive swimmer with international experience. I began as a lifeguard in high school and rediscovered my passion for teaching while instructing at Boston University. I’ve worked with all ages, from infants to older adults, and love helping swimmers build confidence and skills. Feel free to reach out if you’re in the DC/Maryland area! :)

Anthony Diallo is a Communications Specialist with 10 years of experience developing strategic communications (writer), being a Vocational Development Specialist, and an educator. He was a contractor for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) where he received a commendation for research, fact-finding, and working with confidential information in a secure environment. Diallo served as a professor in Virginia and a DC special education teacher. He has three college degrees.

I began playing tennis before I could walk. By age 11 I competed year-round in the Texas Junior Circuit. From age 9 to 13 I was coached by the greats John Wilkerson and Edgar Arnold and was on track to begin competing nationally by age 14. I have competed in tennis, football, and baseball at the collegiate, and professional levels for the majority of my life.

With 15 years dedicated to basketball, I cultivate a supportive environment where players elevate their skills. My focus is on strategic development and fundamental mastery, fostering both individual growth and team success. Let's unlock your potential on the court!
