With experience coaching in India and playing club tennis at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I bring both competitive playing experience and patient coaching into every lesson.

Dedicated and passionate football coach specializing in the development of linebackers and defensive lineman. Committed to building disciplined, physical, and fundamentally sound athletes who excel both on and off the field. Experienced in teaching defensive techniques, gap responsibility, block destruction, tackling fundamentals, pass-rush strategies, run fits, and football IQ.

I specialize in developing defensive backs through elite movement training, position-specific technique, and speed/agility development. As a former 4-year college football starter playing 3 years at the Division II level and 1 year at the Division I FBS level, then getting the opportunity to participate in Baltimore Ravens minicamp. That’s why my approach blends individualized run programming with strength, movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention. With backgrounds in both coaching and counseling, I help athletes build awareness, durability, and sustainable habits so progress can compound for years, not just one race cycle.
