I’ve played softball for 14 years as a pitcher and utility athlete, earning multiple regional and state honors in high school. I have six years of coaching experience and created my own summer softball camps. I also worked as a Division I team manager at Coastal Carolina, supporting practices and stats. I’m passionate about building players’ confidence and creating a positive team environment.

Former NCAA Division I player at Liberty University with elite academy experience at Philadelphia Union and Players Development Academy (PDA). International training and trials include Celtic FC, Empoli, and Brentford FC. Coaching experience with Philadelphia Union Academy, PDA Vistula, and at One7 Ministry (Charlotte, NC). Dedicated to player development, mentorship, and building character on and off the field while holding varias coaching licenses with US Soccer and England FA.

I help golfers improve through movement assessments, 3D swing analysis, launch monitor data, and individualized coaching. With experience in early childhood Education and working with children of diverse learning needs, I tailor each lesson to fit the student's unique learning style. For over 25 years, I've been immersed in the world of tennis. On top of that, my love for table tennis has kept me engaged for nearly four decades, and I'm still at it. A few years ago, I embraced a new challenge: pickleball. I've since competed in various tournaments in Virginia, both in singles and mixed doubles categories. Just in 2023, I proudly clinched 5 medals – 2 in singles and 3 in mixed doubles. Beyond the thrill of the game, I have a passion for teaching and connecting with new people. Sharing my knowledge and experiences with others is what keeps me going.
