Having studied and worked with the human body for over 25 years, and coached swimming for more than 15, I am adept at taking students past their habitual movement patterns and psychic blocks toward swimming mastery. I am a technique expert. Using unique drills and props, I rewire movement in the water for ease, efficiency, speed (and joy!). In 1-on-1 sessions, I teach basic and beginning swimmers, as well D1 athletes, triathletes, and extreme competitors at the every level.

Clay is a distinguished athlete and coach with a remarkable track record, having earned two gold and one silver medal with the US All Army team from 1993 to 1995. A celebrated ASA A West National Batting Champion in 2004, he is also a future Hall of Fame candidate. With an impressive history of 12 U National Championships and 14 U State Championships, Clay served as the Head Coach at Oklahoma Wildcat Prep Academy in Oklahoma City, where he continues to inspire and develop young talent in the sport.
