I'm a former collegiate pitcher at Doane University. I’ve worked work with athletes of all ages, building individualized training plans through film review and on-field evaluation to develop both mechanics and the mental side of the game.

As a former college player and current club coach I am driven by a lifelong passion for volleyball. I combine technical expertise with a patient, encouraging coaching style to develop confident, resilient players. I bring years of experience, tailored drills, and strategic insight to help athletes improve skills and decision-making and inspire them to be better on and off the court.

I am a performer with 20 years of experience in the industry. I have roots in improv, clown, theatre, film, and stand up comedy. I teach and perform improv at Stomping Ground Comedy and bring a background in curriculum development and social-emotional learning to my coaching work. This means sessions aren't just about technique, they're about helping you understand why the work lands. Whether you're brand new to acting or looking to sharpen specific skills, I meet you where you are.

Multi-sport athlete with a passion for player development and impacting every gym entered. Served as Volunteer Assistant and JV Head Coach at Arlington Baptist University under Bubba Jennings, helping lead the JV team to its first four-game win streak in program history.

With over 14 years of club soccer experience, 5 of those being in the Olympic Development Program, my goal is to build up each player by helping them think, learn, and lead individually; hone in their athleticism, and to encourage a fearless attitude to face adversity.
