I specialize in Runningback training. 16 years coaching experience, 21 years playing experience. Currently coaches 11 NFL RBs, 21 Division 1 RBs, and some of the top High School RBs to come out Houston. I focuse on the fundamentals; speed, agility, balance, and mental toughness.

I have coached youth football for 13 years and still coaching now. I currently have my own football team and track team. I coach all positions on the field. Lineman, linebacker. Receiver, QB, running backs, cornerback and kicker. Offense and Defense. I focus on building athletes strength based on the position. The more the athlete is aware of their body and how to control their movements, the better results you will have. My coaching style is direct and I focus on getting results.

With more than 12 years of experience as an educator and basketball coach, I am passionate about developing student-athletes both in the classroom and on the court. My commitment to leadership, mentorship, and performance has been strengthened by earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology. I have more than 25 years of soccer playing, coaching, and team-management experience, primarily in the Middle East, and I continue to play regularly in Houston. My highest level was playing and coaching at the Saudi Third Division. My coaching approach is influenced by Total Football: I help players develop strong fundamentals, two-footed technique, close control, intelligent movement, creativity, vision, and better decision-making—not simply memorize drills. I’m Coach KeY! Volleyball has been a meaningful part of my life for many years, first as a player and now as a coach. I competed collegiately as a Middle Blocker, Outside Hitter, and Right Side Hitter, which gave me the opportunity to understand the game from multiple positions and perspectives. I began my college career at North Central Texas College (NCTC), where I played Middle Blocker as a freshman before transitioning to Outside and Right Side Hitter as a sophomore. I continued at Huston-Tillotson University as a Right Side Hitter before returning to Middle Blocker my senior year. In 2019, I ranked 14th in the NAIA in blocks, an accomplishment I’m especially proud of. Coaching has allowed me to share the lessons volleyball has taught me while connecting with athletes at different stages of their development. I’ve primarily coached athletes ages 15–17 with the Hurricanes, and I’ve also enjoyed helping younger players, including 12U athletes, through First Triumph, camps, and clinics. During private lessons, I focus on getting to know each athlete and understanding what they want to improve. Whether we’re working on hitting, blocking, passing, serving, footwork, positioning, or volleyball IQ, I create training that helps them feel more confident and prepared on the court. My goal is not only to help athletes become stronger volleyball players, but also to encourage their discipline, confidence, and love for the game.
