Teaching Experience : Has had two year experience teaching soccer kids 8-12 and competing in recreational soccer games and tournaments where I had success with both U10 and U12. Prior to that, I have been playing soccer since the young age of 10. Regardless of age, my training would be me meeting you where you are at and enhancing and adding skills that can be proficient and effective towards the betterment of your individual and team performance .

For over two decades, I've cultivated a deep love for football and coaching. I have 4 years of NFL playing experience (Chiefs, Ravens) and have been training players since 2016. With teaching swim, I like to be in the water with my young students and those who do not know how to swim competitively yet! Teaching vital steps to develop their swimming and developing their technique and skills. For my competitive swimmers I give them level appropriate work outs to develop them and improve their times in swim meets. I am an experienced swim coach and experienced lifeguard and swim instructor in the past.

I have over nine years of experience as a competitive swimmer with City of Plano Swimming, including four years of varsity swim with Plano Senior Swim & Dive. I’ve also volunteered as a swim instructor with the World’s Largest Swim Lesson, where I developed a passion for water safety and teaching children. I am Red Cross lifeguard certified (2023) and attentive with swimmers of all ages. I currently hold a role at a women’s clinic which has honed my abilities to work in a fast paced environment.

I specialize in coaching beginners, intermediate players, and training advanced athletes. I have experience with private lessons, group clinics, senior instruction, leagues, social events, both indoor and outdoor coaching. I also provide expert paddle and gear recommendations. Currently coach at DFWIndoorPickleball in Farmers Branch

I’ve been playing golf since 2008 and I’m currently a 3 handicap, I got my start in college, working as a pro shop assistant at a country club where I gave lessons to members. I also caddied for a while, which gave me a great look at the game from the other side - reading courses, managing strategy. My approach is simple: I work with the swing you’ve already got instead of tearing it apart and starting over.

I am a highly enthusiastic pickleball player with 2 years of experience in open/private play ranging from 4.0-4.5 level. Very engaging in technical instruction, ranging from foundational "Intro to Pickleball" clinics to intermediate tactical workshops for up to 4.0+ players. I just love pickleball and all the things that come with it. I have organized lots of drills and open plays within my pickleball group too.
