I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels. My lessons are individualized and intended to guide you on your musical journey. Lessons can vary depending on your needs, wants and goals. Hi, my name is iLona. I consider myself half Ukrainian and half American, as I literally lived half of the lives in both countries, not to mention all the travels in between. Back in 2009, at 17 years old I came on one way ticket to USA on full right scholarship. I played division 1 schools, first 2 years at McNeese State, and last 2 years at University of North Texas where we won Sun Belt Conference Championship 2 years back to back.

Born in Cincinnati Ohio. Fell in love with the amazing game of tennis and quickly began improving and moved to Florida to train under Rick Macci. (the Williams sisters coach) at the age of 14 I started to work with Tarik Benhabiles who was Andy Roddicks coach from 15 to the age he won US Open at age 18. I reached a career high ranking of 196 in the world ITF juniors. I also was top 20 in the United States in 16s and 18s. Have taught all over the USA. I look forward to helping with your game!

I work with athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional. Creating individualized plans for every athlete with regard to their specific needs. I’m comfortable utilizing biomechanical data (Uplift AI), retestable performance metrics (Keiser, Plyomat, Force Plate, VBT), slow motion video analysis (Edgertronic), and all applicable baseball metrics (Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye) to formulate specific plans with structured goals. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want. Active communication with high school and college coaches, as well as professional scouts.

Able to apply boxing principles to real life self defense situations along with various combat sport settings whether that is in traditional boxing, kickboxing, or MMA.
