I’m Coach Phil, founder of Body By U Fit. Since 2009, I’ve helped busy women build strength, lose body fat, gain confidence & create lasting habits.

I specialize in developing the fundamentals of the game such as shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, IQ. I believe in trying to master in game situations so that trainees will be ready come game day.

I’m a DB’s coach. I went to Utah for 4 yrs as a safety and had a camp invite to the bills shortly after. I’d teach you everything there i know about what to expect in recruiting process, how to better yourself as an athlete and what colleges look for in athletes during the recruitment process.

With more than 12 years of experience as an educator and basketball coach, I am passionate about developing student-athletes both in the classroom and on the court. My commitment to leadership, mentorship, and performance has been strengthened by earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology.
