My dedication and skill recently earned me a thrilling first-place victory at the City of Irving Rec Center doubles tournament. As both a player and coach, I thrive in indoor settings, preferring the controlled environment over outdoor courts, where I occasionally step onto the court to test my abilities.

I've coached over 800 games w/one of my teams winning 69 games in a row. Was fortunate enough to coach All-American Booker Woodfox Jr, Austin Jackson, Brett McDade, Marquis Walters & several more college players.

With more than 15 years of coaching and training experience, Coach Tiffany Lockett has seen and been a part of development at all stages of the game of basketball. Coach Lockett trains and coaches for multiple Mavericks youth programs, along with AAU and league organizations. I am a former professional and collegiate football player with experience across the NFL, CFL, and IFL. I now use that experience to help athletes improve their technique, conditioning, confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game. My coaching style is structured, encouraging, and tailored to each athlete’s position, ability, and goals. Students can expect focused instruction, honest feedback, and practical drills they can apply immediately.

Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.
