I am a former college athlete and grade school teacher. I began playing pickleball 6 years ago. My passion for pickleball and teaching led me to become a pickleball instructor. I love playing and I have found that I love teaching pickleball the same! I am certified through IPTPA as an instructor and have been actively teaching beginner to advanced intermediate level pickleball for 2 years. I am currently working in Houston with an amazing pickleball pro! I started playing competitive basketball at 12 years old. I played four years of high school varsity basketball and three years of college basketball. My career as a player ended due to several ACL tears. I began coaching in 2007 and I have coach both girls and boys basketball on on every level from 10 year olds to high varsity.

With 23 years of coaching under my belt, I've guided tennis enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels on their journey to mastery. From introducing the basics to eager four-year-old beginners to fine-tuning the techniques of advanced adult players, my passion for the sport has only deepened with time. Through dedication, patience, and a love for the game, I strive to empower each student to reach their fullest potential on the court, one swing at a time.
