With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.

Hi there!! My name is JQ Molgaard and I am a NCAA Division 2 soccer player at Southern Nazarene University. I am currently getting my degree in Exercise Science and plan on coaching after graduation. I have been training young athletes from ages 5-18 years of age for 4 years and absolutely love it! I want to help young soccer players succeed and do this through agility & speed training, working on technical skills, position specific drills, and game-like fitness.

I have over nine years of experience as a competitive swimmer with City of Plano Swimming, including four years of varsity swim with Plano Senior Swim & Dive. I’ve also volunteered as a swim instructor with the World’s Largest Swim Lesson, where I developed a passion for water safety and teaching children. I am Red Cross lifeguard certified (2023) and attentive with swimmers of all ages. I currently hold a role at a women’s clinic which has honed my abilities to work in a fast paced environment.

I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels. I love the game of soccer. Played for over 20 years from the club, high school, college and semi pro level. Very passionate about helping the youth grow their skills. I have many years coaching at the high school and youth level.
