Hi there!! My name is JQ Molgaard and I am a NCAA Division 2 soccer player at Southern Nazarene University. I am currently getting my degree in Exercise Science and plan on coaching after graduation. I have been training young athletes from ages 5-18 years of age for 4 years and absolutely love it! I just started coaching and training football players after graduating from high school in 2025. I played football for 12 seasons from 2013-2024. I’ve always wanted to be a part of the game even when I stopped playing. I’ve played QB, WR, DB, LB. My goal with this is to make it so that everyone I teach falls in love with the game and wants to continue playing through high school.
