My teaching approach is simple ,critical thinking and analytic approach with curiosity and life long learning. I am Electrical Engineer by profession with positive attitude. I am committed to students in building career goals through teaching.

I have over nine years of experience as a competitive swimmer with City of Plano Swimming, including four years of varsity swim with Plano Senior Swim & Dive. I’ve also volunteered as a swim instructor with the World’s Largest Swim Lesson, where I developed a passion for water safety and teaching children. I am Red Cross lifeguard certified (2023) and attentive with swimmers of all ages. I currently hold a role at a women’s clinic which has honed my abilities to work in a fast paced environment.

Hey there! My name is Ramon and I am from Barcelona living in Highland Park in Dallas, TX. Long story short, I moved to the US to play college tennis and over the summers I used to teach tennis at Sea Island in Georgia. I reached a 13 UTR and was #30 in Spain. Also, I worked as a hitting partner for Andrey Rublev #13. I currently work in real estate but I figured I could still teach tennis as a side job. Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want. Active communication with high school and college coaches, as well as professional scouts.
