I have experience in coaching and preparing athletes for weightlifting, track (distance, sprints, shot put, and discus), basketball, soccer, and baseball. I also have played most sports through high school. For over a decade, I've honed my coaching skills, and I'm eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with aspiring athletes. I have coached all levels, Little League, middle school, and high school.

I’m Julia, a 27-year-old tennis coach based in Southington, CT. Up until recently I had been coaching out of Dallas, Tx. I’ve been passionate about the game since I started playing club tennis at age six and continued competing through high school and college, where I played Division 2 tennis. My coaching approach emphasizes breaking down a player’s game to enhance fundamentals, strategy, and consistency, while also exploring the reasons behind our techniques.
