Chris York is a football coach and strength and conditioning professional with 15+ years of experience developing athletes in Hawaii and Virginia. A graduate of United States Sports Academy, he has coached Tight Ends, Linebackers, and Defensive Linemen while emphasizing discipline, leadership, and performance. Coach York also served in the United States Army, where he taught and organized flag football programs.

I am a performance driven pickleball coach with a strong foundation in collegiate football. In that role, I developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, efficient movement, and explosive power generation. I focus on efficient movement patterns, balance, and optimizing the kinetic chain. I train athletes to: -generate power through sequencing and weight transfer - improve agility, direction change with mechanics -build strokes under pressure, and use football power to pickle movement
