I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels. My lessons are individualized and intended to guide you on your musical journey. Lessons can vary depending on your needs, wants and goals. I have 20 years of experience as a player in Italy including 6 years in professional youth teams, after stopping playing due to physical problems I began my experience in the world of football by setting up a youth sector company called Alto Academy, always in Italy where we have achieved exceptional results in the last 8 years, bringing more than 100 boys to professional teams including Inter, Fiorentina, Citadella, Vicenza, Verona, etc. excellent knowledge of tactics and technique

Clay is a distinguished athlete and coach with a remarkable track record, having earned two gold and one silver medal with the US All Army team from 1993 to 1995. A celebrated ASA A West National Batting Champion in 2004, he is also a future Hall of Fame candidate. With an impressive history of 12 U National Championships and 14 U State Championships, Clay served as the Head Coach at Oklahoma Wildcat Prep Academy in Oklahoma City, where he continues to inspire and develop young talent in the sport.

As a native Spanish speaker, I love teaching my language to others. I started teaching since 2004 and it has been the most fun job I ever had. My classes are highly interactive and focused on teaching others to be confident speaking Spanish. Classes are structured in a way of learning basics to quickly learning to have conversations with others. Let me show you how easy and fun is to learn Spanish.

Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.

For over a quarter-century, I've cultivated a love for football in athletes of all levels, from playing at the Univ of Iowa and Univ of Akron to playing with the Jacksonville Jaguars to the CFL and becoming an Arena Football champion. My coaching philosophy blends fundamental skill development with strategic thinking, ensuring a rewarding experience. My expertise in Strength & conditioning is an additional perk that comes with my coaching experience as well. I am committed to fostering not only skilled players, but I also know how to bring the best out of players and motivating them to becoming the most confident athlete they can be. Also coaching football runs in my family, my parents (father coaches football & basketball, mother is a life coach) and my brother (coaches football) are all coaches. My purpose for coaching is to leave an impact so great on my athletes that will help carry them successfully through their lives on and off of the field.

I am a former professional and collegiate football player with experience across the NFL, CFL, and IFL. I now use that experience to help athletes improve their technique, conditioning, confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game. My coaching style is structured, encouraging, and tailored to each athlete’s position, ability, and goals. Students can expect focused instruction, honest feedback, and practical drills they can apply immediately.
