I am a performance driven pickleball coach with a strong foundation in collegiate football. In that role, I developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, efficient movement, and explosive power generation. I focus on efficient movement patterns, balance, and optimizing the kinetic chain. I train athletes to: -generate power through sequencing and weight transfer - improve agility, direction change with mechanics -build strokes under pressure, and use football power to pickle movement

I have coached youth football for 13 years and still coaching now. I currently have my own football team and track team. I coach all positions on the field. Lineman, linebacker. Receiver, QB, running backs, cornerback and kicker. Offense and Defense. I focus on building athletes strength based on the position.
