I’ve been a full time trainer since 2018, working independently since 2020 under my business name SupaFit. I take an overall balanced approach to training focusing on functional strength, mobility and performance. I work with a diverse clientele that invites seniors, middle aged, athletes and youth. The goal is to continue to inspire other to live an active lifestyle 🙏🏼

I have over 30 years of experience in teaching chemistry, especially as related to the medical field. This includes biochemistry, toxicology, pharmacology as well as organic and inorganic chemistry for high school and university students.
