Hello! My name is Karen E. Brady, a health coach and my passionate is helping people to concentrate on whole foods and to live a healthier lifestyle. My own journey with being a Stage IV cancer survivor and perimenopause inspired me to stay healthy and help others do the same. For the last 20+years, I have specialized in guiding clients through personalized nutritional counseling. I’ve also been a pescatarian for over 10 years and have learned to cook healthier meals without meat consumption.


With over a decade of experience developing players from middle school to semi-professional levels, Coach Kale is a dedicated soccer coach passionate about fostering skill, vision, and adaptability on the field. Known for building cohesive teams and cultivating individual talent, he has led indoor and outdoor teams to top finishes, including an undefeated season with the 2011 Boys Arsenal and multiple tournament championships. Throughout his career spanning club, recreational, and school programs, Coach Kale has guided youth players of all ages—ranging from 7 to 18—helping them advance their technical skills, tactical understanding, and confidence. As a mentor, he has trained semi-professional UPSL players, guided two sons to club-level success, and provided private coaching to players seeking competitive advancement. Specializing in player development, competitive strategy, and team leadership, Coach Kale combines hands-on training with personalized mentorship to ensure each athlete reaches their full potential. Beyond the field, he has organized clinics, skill sessions, and community programs designed to inspire a lifelong love of soccer.

I coach Quarterbacks, and all positions on the offensive side of the ball. I also coach DBs. Im a players Coach, that mean i think a lot about the Student Athlete well being and health. I put a lot into my Student Athlete, my job is to put the belief of that my Student Athlete can achieve their goals to be the best on and off the field of play.



Local classically trained cellist Joe Galvan received his training from Dr. Christopher Haritatos, a member of the Rochester Philanthropic Philharmonic Orchestra and much more. See Rpo.org. Mr Galvan has been playing the cello since he was 13 years old. He received his BMA with a concentration in cello performance and minor in Psychology from Texas State University and has gone on to perform with many professional symphony orchestras in the central and south Texas regions. He also founded a local symphony called Symphony Viva where he served as Executive Director and personnel manager as well as section player. Many of his students have gone on to music performance careers as well as music education careers. His teaching technique is diverse and specialized for each students goals.

My name is Patience Orms and I am a 21 year old retired swimmer! I can teach all age groups and skill levels. I have taught kids who were scared to even jump into the pool how to swim freestyle and backstroke within 3 days. I was highly decorated in USA club swimming, school, summer league, and I was a collegiate swimmer until I tore my labrum. I held many records, won many medals, and had many athletic scholarship opportunities. I can teach anywhere from basics to in depth technique!

My name is Garrett Gruell and I am excited to give back to the younger generations of ballplayers. I started a branding name “BackspinU” and my primary goal is to get you to swing connected and produce backspin on the baseball. Backspin makes the ball fly further and more true and is potentially one of the most important things you can do as a hitter! I played Division 1 baseball at UTSA having a career average of .310 and hit 30+ homers during my career!

I played three years of division 3 baseball and after I was a head coach for La Pryor High School for two years. I was also an a division 1 director of player development at Texas A&M Corpus Christi this past year.
