My teaching and tutoring style is high structured, I utilize traditional reading circles and intensive writing drills along side cursive, grammar and essay composition. Wayne Campbell is the creator of the Stretch Yoga Therapy Method and owner of Urban Fit Yoga in Houston, Texas. He is a three-time USA National Yoga Champion (2017, 2019, 2020) and a two-time International Yoga Champion (2020, 2022). Wayne specializes in one-on-one coaching to improve flexibility, mobility, alignment, posture, recovery, and overall movement quality. Wayne’s goal is helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain. He is also a Certified Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist.
