Hi, my name is Stephen. I’m a 5.0 singles and doubles Pickleball player. I’m a competitive tournament player that plans to start playing the pro circuit soon, but also have a passion for coaching and helping others. My coaching style is a combination of encouraging, fun, while also trying to get the best out of my students. Before pickleball I was a 2-sport collegiate athlete, and have coached numerous athletes. Furthermore, as a competitive player myself, I am constantly studying, learning, and seeking to improve as a player and a coach. I am continuously learning, and stay up to date with the latest strategies, techniques, and developments in the game. Pickleball is constantly evolving, and is about situational awareness and adaptability. I aim to help my students apply these concepts as well.

My background includes collegiate football and track, three state powerlifting records and two national powerlifting records. I specialize in athletic performance and biomechanics. I also serve the community as a Nashville firefighter and EMT.
