Former collegiate player at Camden County College and professional athlete in Mexico, now dedicated to developing the next generation of players. I’ve coached with multiple programs and currently mentor with The Players Alliance, supported by Major League Baseball. I specialize in hitting, fielding, and the mental side of the game, creating a positive environment while tailoring each session to the athlete. My goal is to build confidence, sharpen skills, and inspire a lifelong love for baseball.
"Before I started working with Coach Will, I felt like I had talent but didn’t really know how to put everything together. I would get frustrated during games, lose confidence after bad at-bats, and overthink a lot on the field. Coach Will changed that for me. What stood out first was how much energy and confidence he brought every lesson. He doesn’t just teach baseball skills — he teaches you how to think like a player. Every workout had a purpose. He broke down hitting, fielding, throwing, and even the mental side in a way that actually made sense.

Whether you're learning your first dink or chasing your next DUPR goal, I combine high energy coaching, strategic instruction, and a fun learning environment to help players improve faster, compete smarter, and enjoy the game more.
"I’ve worked with Alicia Reed and what sets her apart isn’t just that she’s a great player, it’s that she’s an exceptional teacher. Coaching is a completely different skill set than playing, and Alicia truly excels at it. She doesn’t just feed balls and say “good shot.” She actually sees what you’re doing, explains why it isn’t working, and shows you how to fix it. She pays attention to paddle position, footwork, timing, and mechanics, and she makes corrections in real time. She doesn’t stop for long speeches or overcomplicate things. She shows you what to do, has you do it immediately, and keeps you engaged the entire lesson. What I appreciate most is that if something isn’t clicking, she finds another way to teach it. She has a gift for breaking things down in a way that makes sense and helping you feel the difference right away. In a short amount of time, Alicia helped me go from a 2.8 to a 3.5 player. Her years of coaching experience really show. Being a great player and being a great coach are two different things, and Alicia is an excellent coach. If you’re looking for someone who can truly develop your game and help you improve, I highly recommend her.

I started a travel ball organization, the Gloucester City Brawlers, back in 2014. During the 8 years there, I was multiple teams pitching coach, hitting coach, drills coordinator, and ran one on one lessons for pitching, hitting, and fielding. I still do personal lessons in my spare time and am an amatuer umpire for the lady 5 years.

I’ve been playing soccer for over 30 years and officially coaching/training for the last 10. My main focus is on well rounded development with the idea that as we begin to fully develop as players the game starts to slow down and our quality of play increases. That’s when we can start to see the victories. You will only get from this game the efforts you’re willing to put into it.
"Coach Kevin has been really good helping me improve on my ball skills and focused on control my shot

Originally from Australia, and a member of both the Australian and US PGA's as well as being an NCAA Coach, former Tour Player and NCAA Athlete, Matt is one of the leading developers of Junior Golfers in the Northeast. With over 55 players having come through his academy and gone onto play college golf and hundreds of junior tour victories to the academies credit, Matts Player Development portfolio speaks for itself.
"I hadn't seen Matthew in at least 20 years. My son and him are best friends, and I came up to see him at Power Golf while he was home from the U.S. and teaching in Canberra for a few months. My God, I can't believe that this little boy that I used to coach in basketball has become such a knowledgeable, patient, and extremely attentive professional golfer. It was the best lesson I ever had. And I can tell you that 30 years ago, when I was teaching him basketball, I could never have thought that he would be giving me a golf lesson indoors, of all things, and fixing my slice in one hour. Thanks, Matt. Happy travels back to the U.S.

Hi, my name is Chris, and I’ve been playing pickleball for over 3 years with a strong passion for both competition and coaching. I’ve competed at a high level, including the Collegiate National Pickleball Tournament, after earning a bid to qualify. I focus on helping players improve fundamentals, strategy, and confidence, whether they are beginners or more advanced players. My coaching emphasizes clear instruction, game-like drills, and skills that transfer directly to match play. I bring a positive, energetic approach to every lesson and aim to make each session fun, productive, and motivating, helping players enjoy the game while improving quickly.
"Chris is a great coach. I’m a beginner and we focused on just a couple things so I wouldn’t have too many thoughts in my head. He broke down my movements and had me focus on fixing just one thing at a time. I’m a work in progress, but a little less so. More lessons will make me better! PS. This app sent us to a park with no courts and their customer service is…poor. Chris and I found another court a mile awayourselves. Again, he’s 5 stars. The app, 1.

Fueled by a strong love of the game, I bring my college athletic experience and two years of playing to every lesson. I strive to make learning pickleball engaging, fostering both skill development and a genuine enjoyment for the sport. Let's improve your game! At 19 years old i’ve played tournaments and won local leagues at a 4.0 level and am currently working hard to improve past that myself. I’d love to help you or anyone else you know the skills and art of pickleball!
