Hey, I’m Josiah! NASM CPT, ACE GFI, CPR/AED Certified. I’m from the Jersey shore near Atlantic City and went to school at Rider University in NJ so I’m a Jersey boy turned Philly boy. As a competitive and professional dancer for over ten years I have studied lots about how bodies work and perform. I’m passionate about the mind-muscle connection and the “why” behind each exercise. She holds a Master's degree in Education and is passionate about helping students strengthen their reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills. For the past five years, I've been coaching players of all levels across Pennsylvania facilities. My goal is to deliver high-energy, custom lessons that yield results. I believe that anybody can learn to play tennis. To make sure your growth doesn't stop when you leave the court, I offer you my AI Coach between lessons.

John has 40 years of coaching experience from club, high school, Division III and Division I. He is one of the original founders of TNT Volleyball and has coached from 13U to 17U. My philosophy starts with learning the fundamental skills, basis of game play, and layering advanced concepts as teams mature.

Coach KB here, former 4-year collegiate athlete, and current football coach/mentor/trainer to those who are ready to work. It is my job to make sure that your mind, body, and soul is ready for 'GAMETIME'. I am a tough coach that is going to push you physically and mentally, but will also do everything I can to make sure you are ready for your next level. I mainly work with high school age athletes, but have some college players, as well as youth athletes.

I've known and loved the game of soccer ever since I was 5. I can teach the basics of the game, the skills you need to learn, and the information you need to know to be able to talk the game, play the game, and see the game like an expert! My most recent experience as a coach has been teaching ages 4-14 the game of soccer through programs in the suburban Philadelphia area, but I am able to teach any age. I am a high-energy coach who will make sure you are understanding basic concepts!
