With 35 years dedicated to basketball, I cultivate fundamental skills, tactical acumen, and a love for the game. My focus is on building confident players ready to excel, while instilling a life-long appreciation for teamwork. My philosophy centers on hard work in the classroom and on the court, with a commitment to developing high-character student-athletes who are prepared for success beyond high school and have the opportunity to compete at the collegiate level. Known for emphasizing defense and a physical, tough-minded style of play, I also take a personalized approach with each athlete. I am dedicated to understanding every playerβs goals, strengths, and needs, ensuring they feel supported individually while contributing to the teamβs overall culture and success.

Hi there, my name is Dr. Jessica Leigh Brunet. I am an accomplished performing artist, voice teacher, and music researcher. A versatile singing actress, I have performed across genres with leading artists such as Jack Harlow (Grammy-nominated recording artist), Key'mon Murrah (countertenor, Metropolitan Opera), and Mara Davi (Broadway's A Chorus Line). I have appeared in concert with orchestras throughout the United States, and I am a member of the internationally touring group, the American Spiritual Ensemble. My teaching philosophy is student-oriented. Lessons focus on building a strong technical foundation tailored to the student's strengths, areas for growth, and interests. I want to meet you where you are! Then I'll help the student to apply those skills to repertoire in whichever genre they focus on. I have taught singers from middle school age to adults, and my students have: - won competitions - gone on to do solo artist recording - been cast at Disney - performed in solo recitals - been accepted by audition to their university music program - been hired for summer stock theatre companies - found their own voice - learned to love singing again! I highly value kindness, empathy, communication, and a spirit of curiosity! Voice lessons and coaching are very vulnerable experiences, but I encourage you to be yourself and don't be afraid to try things. Patience and practice are also very important. I want to set up realistic expectations for you - singing takes time and work. No matter what anyone says, there is no magic pill or miracle formula that will (for the long-term) make you a better singer overnight. My in-depth knowledge of voice pedagogy (teaching) and vocal health/anatomy sets me apart from many voice teachers and coaches. Combined with my performance experience and active career, I have the tools to help singers, no matter their level, learn how to get the best from their vocal instrument and build the confidence to let their talent shine. I can teach in-person at my studio on City Ave or I can teach online (Zoom).
