I have competed in MLS NEXT and the U.S. Development Academy, the highest levels of youth soccer in the United States, and have trained at professional environments including Fulham FC and Manchester United training facilities. In 2020, I was scouted by Southampton FC and invited to attend a trial, further shaping my understanding of the technical and tactical demands of the modern game. As a coach, my focus is on detailed player development, emphasizing ball mastery, dribbling at speed, 1v1 effectiveness, and decision making under pressure. I structure training to progress from technical foundations to realistic game scenarios, helping players feel confident and composed when these moments arise in competition.

I have been sewing ever since, mainly as a theatrical costume designer, but I also quilt, embroider, pattern draft, paint fabrics, sculpt leather, etc. I've taught beginning hand sewing to 4 year olds all the way up to costume design and alterations for theater students. I played 5 years of college basketball, and I've been coaching youth sports for the past couple years. I also have experience training NBA and NCAA players.
