He has coached at the Liga MX level with Queretaro FC and Bravos de Juarez and currently serves as a head coach of Salem Panthers FC in the UPSL League. His experience includes academy leadership, ODP coaching, coach education, and international tournaments. His philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, tactical intelligence.

Ryan was raised in a musical household and began taking lessons from the time he was able to wrap his hands around a guitar neck. He is well versed in a variety of genres and styles including Rock, Jazz, Blues and Americana. He works with students of all ages and levels of experience and tailors lessons to the individual (no one size fits all approach). Beginning students start with simple melodies and basic chord forms. Advanced players develop theory, harmony, composition, improvisation.
