Hi, I'm Diego Quintero, a 4.25-rated competitive pickleball player and coach in Vancouver, WA, with 2 years of coaching experience. I provide personalized one-on-one instruction, designing drills and training plans that build technique, sharpen strategy, and boost confidence. My competitive playing experience plus background as a certified tutor (CRLA Level 1) help me explain concepts clearly and adapt to each player's needs. My name is Joey Potts, and I’ve played professional basketball for three years. Two years overseas in Romania and Norway, and one with the Salem Capitals in Oregon. I’m a 6’9” power forward who competed at the junior college, Division I (Oregon State), and NAIA (Oregon Tech) levels. My experience across multiple levels gives me a unique perspective on the game. I’ve coached and trained players ranging from 5 years old to high school and college athletes.

For over 25 years, I've loved the game of basketball. I have coached middle school as well as the last 8 years at the high school level. I specialize in the teaching of fundamentals for beginners. I strive to instill a sense of hard work, dedication, and motivation into my players to take with them into their life and careers.

Basketball was my first love. Although I didn’t play at the collegiate level, I had the opportunity to coach at the Division 1 level with the University of Portland Men’s Basketball program. During my time there, I led private workouts for our players, assisted with player development, and helped run youth camps on the side. I have worked with high level recruits and seen firsthand what separates good players from great ones. I believe that mastering the fundamentals is what truly elevates a player’s game. My goal is to help players build confidence, sharpen their skills, and understand what collegiate programs look for in their athletes. Every player’s journey is different, so I tailor workouts to match both skill level and personal goals. Above all, basketball is a game of heart — learning how to compete with passion while maintaining control is what transforms a player, both on and off the court.
