“It was an outstanding professional experience provided by Nick Piening at the PGA TOUR Superstore in Bluffton. Nick went far beyond what we expected during my wife’s club fitting experience. He spent more than an hour with Debbie on two separate occasions, never once making us feel rushed. His patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for helping golfers improve were exceptional. What truly set Nick apart was his ability to explain the highly technical aspects of the fitting process in a way that was both understandable and incredibly informative. The depth of his knowledge regarding fitting scores, shaft characteristics, launch data, and club performance was unlike anything I have experienced before. More importantly, he translated that information into practical instruction that immediately helped my wife better understand her swing and how to improve it. Throughout the process, Nick carefully fit her with multiple club options, always taking the time to explain why each club performed differently and what benefits it offered. His goal was clearly not just to sell equipment, but to genuinely help her become a better golfer and enjoy the game more. He even went so far as to recommend the specific golf balls best suited to her swing and the new clubs — a level of detail and personal attention that was truly impressive. Nick’s professionalism, expertise, patience, and commitment to customer improvement represent the very best of what golf instruction and club fitting should be. We left feeling educated, confident, and excited about the game. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for an exceptional club fitting experience.”Bill, student · shared by Nick
