I have performed as a concerto soloist with the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra, and I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan, where I studied with Amy Porter. I am a substitute flute/piccolo player for the Macomb Symphony Orchestra, Adrian Symphony Orchestra, Billings Symphony Orchestra, and Oakland Symphony Orchestra. I am the founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit entitled the Flute Pedagogy Project, which focuses on creating and distributing free and level-appropriate curriculum to beginner and intermediate flute players. From crafting lyrical melodies to mastering technical finesse, I have dedicated the last 3 years to guiding flutists of all levels. Together, we'll build the foundational music theory and flute skills you need to be a flexible and thoughtful flute player able to easily play with others.
"Thank you so much again for the opportunity to perform with you! It was so fun and I loved listening to the rest of your recital, you sounded incredible!

Hi! I am a rising junior on the Cornell Women’s Tennis team. My dad is a great tennis coach and I’ve been learning skills from him and giving hitting lessons from a very young age! I can coach, hit, or just rally!

I have been a high-level competitive tennis player for many years, progressing through USTA tournaments on into the Division I collegiate level at Sacred Heart University. Before Sacred Heart, I played a couple of years at Division III Allegheny College where I was a two-time all-conference singles selection, became captain as a junior and was a representative of the team on the student athletic advisory committee. At Sacred Heart, I was named captain my senior season and received the student-athlete award for the highest GPA on the team after my first semester. In addition to my playing experience, I have many years of coaching experience. I am a current RSPA Elite Professional, and have organized and run my own private lessons and programs. I have also coached at various country and athletic clubs in Northern NJ and New York, along with having been an assistant men’s coach at Army West Point. I am sometimes available at the Jersey Shore in the summer as well.
"Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the game of tennis, evident from years of playing and coaching experience. He is a clear communicator and explains the technique and strategy very well.

I am a Japanese guy💪, born and raised in Japan. I learned to ski from my strict!? father at first, and later started skiing with school friends and family. In 1989, I obtained my Level 2 technical ski certification from the Japanese Ski Association (SAJ). During on-season, I’m teaching at a ski resort’s ski school. I can work with you during off-season at NJ. About my past life! I came to the US as a student, and time has flown by since then. After becoming a frequent traveler for multiple jobs at one of the largest Japanese companies, I now retired and started teaching skiing for fun! I obtained my Level 1 ski instructor certification from the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA-AASI) and have already passed my Level 2 ski exam (Less than 50% of instructors pass this), with my sights set on further improving my teaching skills. Phew😮💨, the learning 📚never ends! In addition to skiing for over 40+ years, I have a deep background in classical music 🎵and play the piano with a degree. I was also an official docent at Carnegie Hall for 10 years. Recently, I completed a Reiki healing master class and am planning to help others with it.
"Hi Fumi. I thought I lost your card but found it! Thank you for the ski lesson this past Monday. I really appreciate your patience and positivity. Thanks again!

With a degree in Entertainment Technology, I've studied music since 3rd grade. Starting in orchestra with the upright bass, I learned how to read music in school. I branched out from classical orchestra to modern rock music. Coming from a musical family, I had access to guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, piano, and drums. I performed in piano recitals, sang in concert choir and acapella groups, and played in jazz band. I self-produce my own music and continue to perform live.
"Chris is a great teacher! He is a really nice guy and makes me feel good about being a beginner. I had trouble pushing down the strings and my fingers hurt. Chris gave me instructions on how to set up my guitar to make it easier, and when I came back for the next lesson, he had a practice guitar there for me! He is a genuine person.
For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.
