Coach Chuck Paylin is the founder of Showtime Athletics, a youth development organization established in 2011. Through basketball, mentorship, education, and character development, he has helped young athletes build confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic. His focus is creating opportunities for youth while developing successful student-athletes both on and off the court.

Hi! My name is Erica Finch. I have a Bachelors degree in Early childhood Education- BK. I work in the field of childcare and have two small children myself. I love working with children and helping them read and write.

With 35 years immersed in tennis, from experienced player to dedicated instructor, I offer tailored coaching. My passion lies in nurturing individual potential and fostering a love for the game. I create a fun and effective learning environment. Having started my tennis journey in college I developed a relaxed and patient approach that allows my students to learn more effectively and to have fun.

I have been playing basketball since I was four years old. I played division one basketball in college all four years. I went to UNC Chapel Hill and then transferred to Rutgers. I was on the Big Ten second team both seasons and I broke the record for most rebounds in the Big Ten Tournament. I have worked youth camps through out my whole college career and would love to get the chance to help influence kids and get them better at the game!

With more than 15 years experience, I have dedicated much of my time coaching, training, and mentoring young athletes in the game of basketball. Having a profound comprehension and love for the game, allows me to develop a workout routine tailored to individual needs, fostering both athletic growth and an enjoyable atmosphere to learn a new skill. Perfecting the athletes craft is always my mission.
