I have coached football for the past 6 years, working with receivers and offensive linemen. I currently serve as the head football coach at Alexander Graham Middle School. My coaching style is built on hard work and discipline. I don’t accept excuses but I do understand circumstances. I coach athlete’s based on their strengths and abilities, rather then forcing them into something they are not. I believe in a strong focus on fundamentals and player development.

Norm started drumming in his early teens and study music performance and education in college. Shortly after he toured around the US in Canada for 3 1/2 years. At age 23 he played full-time at Disney’s pleasure Island in Orlando, where he resided for 29 years. This is also when he started private instruction. A 7th-round MLB draft pick out of UNC Chapel Hill, he served as Outfield & Baserunning Coordinator for the Chicago White Sox. He holds degrees from UNC and Georgetown and is NASM-PES certified. Michael delivers personalized, development-first instruction in hitting, baseball IQ, and mental performance for youth to advanced players chasing the next level.
