Martial arts has been a passion of mine for my entire life. Currently, i am the head striking coach at Metrolina Martial Arts, and have been for 2 years. I have a competitive muay thai/kickboxing record of 9‐3. I'm ranked in 3 different martial arts including jiu jitsu, in which i also compete. I've had the privilege of training with legends of the sport, in the states and in Thailand. I'm interested helping those who are interested in learning about, and participating in, combat sports.

Norm started drumming in his early teens and study music performance and education in college. Shortly after he toured around the US in Canada for 3 1/2 years. At age 23 he played full-time at Disney’s pleasure Island in Orlando, where he resided for 29 years. This is also when he started private instruction.
